After your purchase, you will be directed to the licensing page for whichever product you purchased. Input your name and email address. The page will look very much like this:



Once you have input the required information, you will be presented with the license for your particular product. Your license will be present in red. Write it down!

IMPORTANT - Please be careful when you record the information. Make sure not to confuse zero and "O"... or one with "I". If you do it will cause a bit of furstration. We have tips about what to do in the troubleshooting section.



After writing down your license code, click on the continuation link to go do the download page for your individual product. When you arrrive there, you will see a note of congratulations from us.

You also may have an opportunity to upgrade your product. You will then have an opportunity to review detailed isntallation isntructions. Please do so unless you are an Internet guru, it will save you time. Thos instructions are presented below.

Detailed Download and Extraction Instructions - please read carefully

The file you are about to download is a file that is protected by a licensing program. Just before you reached this page, you were given a licensing code that will be necessary for you to ‘install’ the template. If you don’t have that code or didn’t write it down, it will be emailed to you within a few moments. Once you have the licensing code, you may proceed.

We recommend that you print this page so you will have the detailed instructions to refer to later. Click the printer icon to print

Steps for installing the template:

1. Click the download link (either the picture or text, both will work)
2. Save the file to your hard drive (the file is named 306090selfextractingexe.exe) and make note of where you save it
3. Navigate to the file location and double click the file 306090selfextractingexe.exe (this is an executable file, it runs the program to license your product)
4. You may see the following warning from Windows, just click run

   

5. When you ‘run’ the program you may see the following warning (or something similar) from your firewall software. The procedure we use is safe, so you should allow the program access to the Internet. If you don’t, the product won’t work. Just click ‘allow’ (or the equivalent in whatever message your firewall software displays)



6. Once you allow the program to access the Internet it will run and present you with a dialog box where you can enter the license code that we gave you when you purchase the product. This is what the dialog box looks like, just enter the license code (which is a combination of 8 capital letter and numbers) and click ‘validate’



7. Once you license is validated, you will be presented with a Self-extracting Zip file. The zip file contains both the MS Word template document both with and without audio, along with a PDF file of the three examples. The self-extractor will initially look like the picture below:



8. You can use the ‘browse’ button to choose a directory of your choice to place the files. We HIGHLY recommend that you create a new directory yourself for storing the files. You can do that easily by typing "c:\306090" in the text input area under the "Unzip to folder:" prompt. This will place all of your files in a directory called 306090 on the C drive.



9. After entering "c:\306090" in the text box (or choosing another directory. Press the "Unzip" button. You will see a dialogue box that looks like the one below, telling you that 3 files were successfully extracted.

   

10. You will now see 3 files in your directory, two are MS Word document files, one is a PDF. The are named as below:
