If you are using one of our products with embbeded audio and one of the icons doesn't play sound when you click on it, the steps below will probably correct the problem.

Please try these steps:

1. Go to the speaker iconthat you want to play


2. Right click the icon


3. Choose "Package Object"


4. Choose "Activate Contents"

The windows media player (or default media player) should come up and play the file.
