Our products are delivered digitally and require that you be able to download files from the Internet. Where noted in the product descriptions, they also require that you be able to 'unzip' compressed files, have a program that can 'read' MS Word document files, have a program that can 'read' PDF files, and have a program that can 'play' MP3 files.
Our products are also protected by a licensing program provided by a third party. We have tested this program on many combinations of computers, but can not guarantee that it will function on every computer. Again, if we can not make it work with your computer, we will happily refund your purchase.
